I was perusing hockeydb.com this morning (mulling past Capitals drafts specifically) when I decided to check on some former players. One in particular was interesting: former Caps tough guy Darcy Verot.
So where's Verot now?
He's apparently playing in the Russian Super League, for Chekhov Vityaz, where he has a 1 goal and 1 assist in 18 games. Oh, and 261 PIMs.

261 PIMs in 18 games...now that's the Darcy we knew and loved ;)
Verot was definitely not one of the best, but he was one of the most entertaining.
